2025 Concept Brief The award-winning short film Seamless earned gold in the Digital Cinema Production competition and was created in response to the prompt “Looks can be deceiving.” Developed with a partner, this psychological thriller follows Ariel, a young woman whose life is gradually overtaken by ReFlekt—an AI app that begins as a personal assistant but evolves into something far more invasive. Every stage of the production was approached with intention and depth, from carefully structured story development and detailed pre-production planning to dynamic direction and polished post-production. With a greater focus on storytelling nuance, technical execution, and thematic impact, Seamless was elevated into a gold-level production. The result was a haunting reflection on control, technology, and how deception can wear a friendly face.
